WHAT IS RTT?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is an extremely effective therapy that combines the best aspects of Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Neurolinguistic Programming. RTT gets results by finding the root cause of your issue and releasing you from it in as little as one-three sessions. RTT is useful with issues such as weight/eating issues, anxiety/panic, depression, insomnia, stopping smoking, fears and phobias, sexual problems, money blocks, fertility…the list goes on.

Unlike traditional types of therapies, RTT aims to create fast, effective, lasting change by cutting to the chase and going straight to the root of the issue, which is usually a belief formed during childhood.

RTT works with the subconscious mind to find deep childhood beliefs that are embedded in your mind that have created a lasting impact on you even until today, and free you from them.

During the 1.5 – 2.5 hour long session, the client is involved with the therapist in uncovering the meaning and interpretation of events and then changing them. This leads to permanent powerful change because RTT enables the mind to tell the body what to do (such as work on achieving health, turn fear into excitement etc, becoming indifferent to junk food, cigarettes, and even alcohol). It can tell the body how to react and how to feel and it can alter and improve the messages the body sends to the mind.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING A SESSION?

First we start by discussing the issue you’d like to work on, and I will get a bit of your background in relation to the issue.

Next, you will relax into hypnosis and we will review what moments in your past might be shaping your current beliefs. After the regression, we’ll discuss how those moments might relate to your current concerns.

Finally, we’ll conduct a personalized reprogramming hypnosis which will be recorded for you live, to listen to for the next 21 days, that helps address the subconscious beliefs brought to light during our session.

WHAT DOES HYPNOSIS FEEL LIKE?

The gentle hypnotic state simply feels like you are relaxed, just like meditation. Everyone is different and if you are having multiple sessions each session will likely feel different too.

You are in total control the whole time, and we are talking for most of the session too. You cannot be made to do anything you don’t want to do, and you cannot be taken into hypnosis against your will. You will remember everything from the session clearly.

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?

RTT is designed to give you powerful breakthroughs and create instant changes in your life, however every person is different, and some people’s issues have multiple layers.

Some clients simply have one session and walk away transformed after 21 days. Many clients decide they would like to have another session for other areas of their life after experiencing the transformative power of RTT.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ‘WORK’?

Everyone experiences their transformation differently, but there are three main ways:

Clients feel an instant change right after our session together. They are still advised to listen to the recording for 21 days to make sure it sticks.

Some clients feel lethargic for a few days afterwards and then start feeling shifts gradually.

Many clients will be required to take ‘conscious mind’ action within the 21 days that will really cement the subconscious shifts, and show the universe that they mean business!

Regardless of where you are at in your journey, your RTT session will give you incredible insight, understanding – with almost all of my clients saying they feel ‘lighter’.

HOW DO ONLINE SESSIONS WORK AND ARE THEY AS EFFECTIVE AS IN-PERSON SESSIONS?

RTT online sessions is just as effective as in-person sessions, in fact sometimes I feel like people are more relaxed in the comfort of their own home. We simply need to be able to hear each others voices, and I need to be able to see your eyes.

You will need to be able to put your laptop next to you on the bed, or couch. After you have made a booking, you will be sent a Zoom link and the instructions.
